Description

Cytotine® MAX is a liposomal creatine monohydrate-based liquid Medical Food designed to increase energy. Cytotine® MAX improves adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production (energy production) in the human body. Cytotine® MAX is converted in the body to Phosphocreatine, an anaerobic precursor to ATP. This medical food generates extra energy (ATP) in individuals with mitochondrial disorders along the most important metabolic pathway in the electron transport chain (ETC).

Directions for Use

Daily intake to be determined by your healthcare professional specialized in Mitochondrial disorders. It is formulated to be consumed or administered enterally under the supervision of a physician.  Share the bottle well before usage. Cytotine® MAX may be consumed two ways – orally or via tube feeding. Each teaspoon (5 mL) of Cytotine® MAX contains 1.5 g of creatine. 

  1. Measure your daily recommended amount of liquid.
  2. If tube feeding, add liquid directly to formula or deliver directly using a dosing syringe.
  3. If oral feeding, consume directly from the spoon or add to your favorite beverage.

Storage

All bottles should be kept in a cool, dry place. Once the bottle has been opened, use it within one month.
