PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

SHIPPING

  1. Orders are processed daily during normal business hours (excluding holidays), Monday – Friday (9 am-12:30 pm EST).
  2. Products shipped from Solace Nutrition DO NOT require a signature for delivery. Product will be delivered without a signature.
  3. Inspect shipment(s) immediately upon receipt for visible damage. In case of damage notify Solace Nutrition’s Customer Service at (888) 8-SOLACE.
  4. Discrepancies, errors or damages must be reported to Solace Nutrition Customer Service at (888) 8-SOLACE within 10 days of verified delivery of product .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. Solace Nutrition will ship to locations worldwide at customer’s expense.
  2. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any product you order to the address you provide. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country’s Customs office to see if they allow the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site.
  3. We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you order to the address that you provide. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, orders that are stopped are usually returned to us. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for the shipping charges. We rarely have problems with international shipments and almost all products are legal in almost all countries. We do encourage you to check with your countries customs office to guarantee safe transit.

PRODUCT RETURNS

  1. To return product, please contact Customer Service at (888) 8-SOLACE. Do not return product without prior authorization from Solace Nutrition.
  2. Solace Nutrition will only accept product returns that meet the following conditions:
    1. Product must be returned to Solace Nutrition (three) 3 months prior to expiration date.
    2. All cases are intact and packaging is in good condition.
    3. Product must be repackaged in an outer box with packing material.
    4. No additional markings or labels have been added to the case or product.
    5. Lot number of returned product is the same as lot number originally shipped.
    6. Solace Nutrition has granted authorization for return and the authorization number is visible on the outside of returned packages.
  3. The customer shall pay all shipping charges for returned product to Solace Nutrition, unless the nature of the return is due to Solace Nutrition’s error.
  4. Credit is issued on returned product after receipt and inspection by Solace Nutrition personnel.
  5. A 10% restock fee may be charged for product returned at the sole discretion of the company, unless the nature of the return is due to Solace Nutrition’s error. Customer will be notified of any restock charges when return is authorized.
