Solace Probiotics offers a premium gut health solution combining a single strain, a postbiotic, and clinically proven gut comfort blend, all in an easy-touse liquid form. With just a drop a day, you can effortlessly address the microbiome support needs of your entire family.

Managing multiple supplements can be overwhelming, especially if you prefer non-capsule form and smart combinations.

As a medical food company, we carefully selected probiotic ingredients with clinical evidence to reduce abdominal discomfort, fortified with immunesupporting postbiotics, and the most extensively researched single strain. Our meticulous packaging in organic sunflower oil ensures optimal preservation, safeguarding potency against oxygen and moisture. Liquid dosing also allows you to mix in foods and adapt the dose for children.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why is there powder at the bottom of the bottle, and what should I do about it?

The ingredients will settle as a powder at the bottom of the bottle. This probiotic and postbiotic powder does dissolve in the liquid sunflower oil, which protects them from oxygen and moisture. To ensure even distribution, shake the bottle vigorously before each use until there’s no powder left on the bottom.

2. What is the difference between probiotics and postbiotics?

Probiotics are live beneficial bacteria that help maintain a healthy balance in your gut microbiome. Postbiotics are the by-products produced by these probiotics during fermentation, and they offer health benefits without containing live bacteria.

3. Why are probiotics called multivitamins for your microbiome?

Probiotics are often referred to as multivitamins for your microbiome because they provide a broad range of benefits that support overall gut health, much like how multivitamins support overall bodily health. They help maintain a diverse and balanced gut microbiota, which is essential for digestion, nutrient absorption, immune function, and overall well-being.

4. Why is this supplement in liquid form rather than capsules?

The liquid does not only protect the ingredients from oxygen and moisture but also ensures easier consumption, especially for those who have difficulty swallowing capsules. It allows for more flexible dosing with the syringe.

5. How does this supplement differ from other probiotic supplements on the market?

Aside from the liquid form, our product contains both probiotics and postbiotics, providing a more comprehensive approach to gut health. Most importantly, our ingredients are clinically tested as opposed to many cheaper offerings.

6. Why is ‘clinically proven’ so important and what did you test?

Products containing generic probiotic ‘species’ were not screened for their health properties. We use strains that were screened to really have an effect and that were ultimately tested in human clinical trials to prove the effect. Immune postbiotic showed improved immune biomarkers as well as a reduction in cold and flu symptoms in test volunteers. The i31 blend was tested in a range of human trials showing improved gut comfort and is the only blend in the world shown to reduce visceral pain; that crampy gut feeling you also get when you are anxious.

7. Which probiotic species do you use?

Solace probiotics contains Lactobacillus paracasei MCC-1849 (Immune postbiotic), Pediococcus acidilactici KABP-021, Lactobacillus plantarum KABP-022, Lactobacillus plantarum KABP-023 (Gut Comfort i31 blend) and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG.

8. Do I have to add it to food or can I take it directly in the mouth?

You can squeeze the probiotics drop directly into the mouth. It has a slight citrus taste. A teaspoon can be used for hygienic reasons.

9. Can I add it to any food?

Avoid watery drinks because the probiotics drop is oily and will float. We recommend adding it to a protein shakes, pudding or yogurt. Or you could drop it on solid food or a salad. Do not use very hot food because probiotics are temperature sensitive and lose their potency.

10. Can children take this supplement?

This supplement is safe for children, but it’s always best to consult with a pediatrician to determine the appropriate dosage and ensure it is suitable for your child. Please note the dose recommendations on our website.

11. Is this supplement suitable for vegans/vegetarians?

Yes, our probiotic/postbiotic liquid supplement is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It contains no animal-derived ingredients. It is also non-GMO and gluten free.

12. How long should I wait to see results?

Individual results may vary, but many users report noticeable improvements in their digestive health within a few weeks of consistent use.

13. Can I take this supplement if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

While probiotics and postbiotics are generally considered safe, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any new supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

14. How long does one bottle last and how should I store it?

One bottle contains 15 milliliters of liquid, and at a dosage of 0.5 milliliters per day, it should last approximately 30 days. You may store the bottle at room temperature.

15. Can I take this supplement with other medications?

While generally safe, it’s always best to consult your healthcare provider before combining supplements with other medications to ensure there are no interactions. Most people do not experience side effects. However, if you experience severe reactions, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

16. What should I do if I miss a dose?

If you miss a dose, simply take it as soon as you remember. Do not double the dose to catch up.

17. Does it come with a syringe?

Yes, there should be a syringe inside the box. Please contact us if it is missing.

18. Does the product contain allergens?

The product is hypoallergenic. It was tested not to contain any detectable level of the nine major food allergens; milk, egg, fish, crustacean, tree nuts, peanut, wheat, soy and sesame.

19. Can Solace Probiotics be used in tube feeding?

Yes, the oil can be added to liquid tube feeding.
