This has made a noticeable difference in my health! At first, I wasn’t sure it would work with my chocolate protein shake I make, but it tastes good. It gives it a little “kick” that I like. This is a great clean multivitamin. My son takes the Nano VM 4-8 yr per his dietician. He is 18, but the 4-8 has a bit more in it for him. As he takes seizure medication and on a keto diet. I think this has certainly helped keep him much healthier! The adult Nano is great in a smoothy, cold drink. I have put this in a warm drink and steel cut oats.. It makes the taste pretty unpleasant. So I stick to cold drinks with this vitamin.
