Cholextra® t/f is a Medical Food containing pure cholesterol. It is a proprietary microencapsulated powder containing 25% cholesterol for individuals with sterol disorders who cannot obtain the recommended intake of cholesterol through a regular diet and require tube feeding.

Directions for Use
Cholextra t/f is best soluble in formula and can be consumed either orally or enterally (tube feeding method). The daily intake of Cholextra® t/f powder is to be determined by your healthcare provider.
- Measure (using the scoop provided, or a gram scale) the recommended amount of powder.
- For oral consumption, consume powder by either sprinkling on food or into liquids, or taking directly by mouth followed with water.
- For tube feeding, add powder in small increments to the formula and stir well. Formula mixture should be used within 4 hours.
Storage
Unopened bottles should be kept in a cool, dry place. Reseal opened bottles and use within three months.
