How should I consume CholexMAX®?
Measure the recommended amount of CholexMAX® powder using the scoop in the container or by using a gram scale. Consume the powder by either sprinkling on food, mixing into moist foods, very thick liquids, or taking directly by mouth followed with water.
Can I use CholexMAX® in tube feeding formulas?
CholexMAX® is not soluble or dispersible in liquids, so it is not suitable for tube feeding.
How should CholexMAX® be stored?
Unopened bottles should be kept in a cool, dry place. Reseal opened bottles, store in a refrigerator and use within 3 months.
How much cholesterol is in CholexMAX®?
The 75 g container provides 71.25 g cholesterol; 1 level scoop delivers 285 mg of cholesterol. There is 300 mg of powder in 1 scoop of CholexMAX®.
What are the ingredients in CholexMAX®?
It contains pure cholesterol powder and delivers 950 mg of cholesterol for each gram of powder.
Is CholexMAX® nutritionally complete?
No, CholexMAX® should not be used as a sole source of nutrition.
