Is there any Vitamin A or Vitamin D in Sol-Omega?
There is no vitamin A or D in Sol-Omega. The refining process for the oil removes the small amount of vitamin A and D in the oil. Most of the vitamin A and D is located in the livers of the fish which is not used for the Sol-Omega oil.
