Each 10 mL liquipak contains:

 

Active Ingredients:

(Ubiquinol) coenzyme Q10

Inactive Ingredients:
Distilled water, caprylic/capric triglycerides, soy lecithin, polysorbate 80, ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid, potassium sorbate, Vitamin E, natural and artificial orange and pineapple flavors, Sucralose.

 

Indication and Usage
Cyto-Q^® liquid is indicated for the distinct nutritional requirements of individuals under a physician’s treatment for a mitochondrial disorder; with particular emphasis for individuals looking to increase their blood Coenzyme Q10 levels.

 

Precautions
For individuals with a diagnosed mitochondrial disorder only. Do not use Cyto-Q^® without the guidance of a physician.

Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to any of the components in the product is a contraindication.

Patient Information
Cyto-Q^® liquid is a medical food for people with a diagnosed mitochondrial disorder only. Use only under the direction and supervision of a licensed metabolic physician.

 

Dosage and Administration
Usual dose range is 4-13 mg/kg/d or as directed by a physician. Each liquipak contains 80 mg of Ubiquinol. Dosage is dependant on the age, body weight and medical condition of the individual.

 

How Supplied
Available as orange-pineapple flavor, white liquid contained in white, opaque liquipaks of 10 mL each. Supplied in boxes of 30 liquipaks.

 

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, contents of liquipak must be consumed within 12 hours. Discard opened liquipaks and left over Cyto-Q liquid no more than 12 hours after opening.
